Cancellation Policy

We understand how busy life can be and how last-minute changes can affect your daily routine. We do ask that you be mindful that Forever Hair & Beauty Medowie is a busy salon that works strictly with an appointment scheduled and we rely on our clients turning up for their appointments. We greatly appreciate your support of our salon and we will promise to provide the utmost professional service to you with every visit.

Forever Hair & Beauty requires a minimum of 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify within the 24-hour period will result in a $25 fee. We greatly appreciate your support of our salon and we will promise to provide the utmost professional service to you with every visit.

No-show will be required to pay 50% of the service scheduled.

Please note that if you are 15-minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15-minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “no-show” and will be treated as a missed appointment.

A deposit of $50 is required upon booking chemical services, this will be deducted from your appointment total.

We require a minimum spend of $40 to use Afterpay within the salon.
